Yes, if you have already purchased a box, then you can bring it back to our shop with the blister inside and have another refill for 10% discount.

At our shop we accept cash and credit cards.

We will be accepting orders via telephone and the preparation time will be given based on the traffic in the shop. Note that the orders will be kept in the shop only for a day. Telephone orders will not be available during Easter and Christmas season.

We do not carry all the products available online at the shop.

Every week we will have a different type of chocolate for our customers to taste our creations.

We opt to serve all customers with same day delivery.

• Same Day Delivery in Nicosia: For the same day delivery option, the order must be placed by 4:30PM to ensure a speedy delivery. Price from: 4.90
• Other cities: Same day delivery to other cities is available when order is placed before 10am on the same day and deliveries only take place in the afternoon by 6pm. (excludes villages) Price from: €5.90
• ACS Pick-up option: For same day delivery to one of the ACS shops in Cyprus, the order must be placed by 10AM to be delivered by the end of the day (excludes villages).
• International delivery: We ship with DHL Express (2-3 days delivery) to most parts of the world during the months of October to May. Please select your country from the drop-down menu.

Yes, after a shipping method has been selected, you may specify your preferred date of delivery by simply selecting the date in the calendar option at checkout.

During summer months an extra charge is added to the package for weather package protection.

Pickup from the store is available Monday to Friday 11:00am -19:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 18:00pm.

If your order has not arrived within 48 hours or has been lost, please contact us immediately.

We do not make shipments over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or during Public Holidays.

You may order through Wolt and Foody on Saturday from 9-2pm.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt of your order.

During the warmer months, Yolanda’s Chocolatiers takes extra precautions to prevent damage/melting while in transit. We recommend storing your chocolate in a cool, dry secret place (15-18°C), away from strong odours and direct sunlight. A wine refrigerator has the ideal temperature for chocolate when stored in an airtight container. When storing in household refrigerator make sure your chocolates are placed in an airtight container.

At Yolanda’s Chocolatiers we take pride in using natural ingredients and no preservatives in our chocolates; made fresh on a daily basis. Each package has a clearly labeled Best Eaten date. Follow storing information on packaging. If the chocolates are not properly stored or not consumed by the indicated date they may go bad.
